Radio said  Pence's plane sent back to WDC
 He was about to land in New Hampshire  for the Opiate Crisis convention.

  As we see the eclipse is in his nodal axis, cancer ruled by Moon and his is in Gemini ruled by Mercury  that rules flight and transportation.
 No reason for his return was given at the time.
