Dwadashottari Dasha
« on: October 25, 2016, 06:57:11 AM »
One celebrity that comes to mind where one can use Dwadashottari Dasha, is Linda Ronstadt.  She has a Taurus lagna in her D9 chart.

Another is Adolf Hitler.  He had Libra lagna in his D9.  Please remember, though, to double check the D9 to make sure the lagna is timed correctly.  In other words, some D9 charts may need to be rectified to a non-Taurus or non-Libra lagna!

Hi James,  do you have the Vedic book "Dwadashottari Dasha" by R.S. Panwar....if so see page 71 where he says...."In dasamasa, Moon is in 10th House....".
I'm not getting Moon in 10th are you?   Also I take it this system uses Lahiri ayanamsha.
P.S:  this example is for a man born Oct 11, 1942, 16:00 Hours in Allahabad, India.

Hi Halina, no I don't have that book, but thanks for the chart info...let me enter the info here...no, I'm getting Moon in 12th in D-10.  According to Astrodienst, DST was in effect in Allahabad on that day as well...6 hr 30 min east.  He may be using a different ayanamsha.
