Although Noel has retired, his Masters Degree Certification Course has not. I taught Noel's work for him in South Africa years ago. My book, "The New Way to Learn Astrology" was a result of the year I spent teaching in Johannesburg. In his retirement, Noel has given me his Course to continue for those who are interested, as well as the maintenance of this web site.
There are some who started studying with Noel, or, paid to start and never did. There are others who got to a certain point and either stopped on their own or had to stop because of Noel's circumstances. In either case, you've already paid. While I cannot work for free, I can make you happy with a very good fee. If you have been considering taking the Course and never did, the starting fee has been lowered.
