Looking at the angularity from the precessed USA (Marr rectification) Solar Return shows Mars and Saturn angular across the Asc/Dsc axis, with South Node tightly at the Midheaven.  Needless to say, the two malefics (my post, my description  ) across the Asc/Dsc axis is a likely harbinger of harsh, hurtful, extreme events.   The South Node at the Midheaven hints at a "reaping what one has sown" element to the year, as well as overall negative circumstances for government, itself...
