Berlin, Germany – Saturn precisely on the DSC square Uranus (in 10)...isolating Russia into a cold Fall season which puts pressure on energy costs and forces the government into making difficult choices heading into Winter.

Kyiv, Ukraine – Uranus on the MC square Saturn…shifting circumstances regarding the war affects government leadership.

Taipei, Taiwan – Saturn on the IC square Uranus on the DSC…homeland security concerns involving an open enemy (China) put the country on edge.

Seoul, South Korea – same configuration as Taipei but also with Moon on MC (r. 9) indicates foreign policy involvement with USA and China regarding North Korea.

Interesting about Toronto and the Libra Ingress - no, the Blue Jays did not win the World Series but the connection to the 5th was apt for education.
