Just saw a FB post my GianPaolo DiCoco saying that no way was Oprah presidential material.  But her Venus ruler of the MC is with the Sun in Aquarius and both are square to Saturn in Scorpio.  In addition, her Moon Nodes are conjunct Uranus, popular aspect for presidents. 

What stands out for timing is that in 2020 both Saturn and Pluto will be with her Moon Nodes, and Jupiter as well.  Right now she has a solar arc Moon to her Venus and Sun.  Her birth time may be off one degree, which would allow a solar arc of the Sun (and Venus) to her IC in 2020.

East Coast astrologer Robert Marks quotes her from the time he was on her show in 1988, reported to LMR on 10/02/2000

(Formerly, Frank C. Clifford reported, 3/1995, "She held a show late last year a few months before her 41st birthday in which she featured a "life-clock" that shows how many hours, minutes and seconds a person has left until they reach age 80. At 12:38 PM exactly on that day, she had 344,479 hours and 12 minutes before reaching 80. This would compute to a birth time of 7:50 PM." (Several mathematicians separately came up with the same time.)

(www.chartshop.com gives 6:29 PM, no source, 3/2000. In October 2006, Bob Marks wrote in the NCGR e-newsletter (October 8, 2006, vol 32): " I was on Oprah's show in May, 1988. Oprah's producer, Diane Hudson, gave me the birth data. Oprah was born at 4:30 AM, not 2:30. I confirmed this birth time with Oprah herself after the show. Oprah said that nobody knows for sure, but this time is what she was always told."

The 4:30 chart fits her perfectly. Jupiter rules the ASC and sits in the 6th house of work, in Gemini (communication) and trine the Midheaven. Sigittarius Rising also can give weight problems. Libra Rising doesn't.

Saturn, tenth house natural ruler, frequently forms a major aspect with the natal or progressed MC when there's a major career development.
Donald Trump's secondary progressed chart had a close Saturn MC parallel when he was elected.
When Oprah's show first aired on September 8, 1986, she had converse SA Saturn parallel natal MC within 2 minutes.  This "turtle" aspect lasted into 1987 because her converse SP Sun was well above 23 degrees.
Her having transiting Saturn approaching her natal 12th cusp didn't reflect a declining career.  It's hard to ignore a Saturn transit but it just didn't seem to fit.
We'll need more events but the 4:30 am chart seems to otherwise work nicely.
In 1986, her annual harmonic chart was her 32nd harmonic chart. The exact Jupiter Pluto conjunction in her 32nd harmonic chart was exactly conjunct her natal North Node (life purpose).  Pluto rules the masses and wealth so that contact makes sense.

Sorry I didn’t even post the birth time or say what the rating is on Astro.  It is important to say that when we post.  The ratings on Astro, unless they are AA and from the birth certificate, are always suspect.  When it says a time is “from memory”, it cannot possibly be from the actual birth memory of that person, so the story should be given in the source notes to support whose memory it was and why or how often was it related.  Anyway, I went with the 4:30am Astrodentiest time, though I have not personally rectified it.

Noel used the 4:30 AM chart in the OWN thread years ago.  The aspects he mentioned fit quite well.
I just removed one post from that thread because I had used the 7:51 PM time from Solar Fire.

Oprah is receiving some very interesting solar arcs right now - and it's no wonder she is in the spotlight. SA Moon = Venus and Sun in Aquarius..... helping her to connect with the masses - through the appeal of humanitarian energy.
She also has SA Neptune at the AP right now.... which echoes the statement of the Aquarius planets activated by solar arc.

She will receive the tr from Mars in Aquarius (May - Oct this year) with the eclipse in July. I'm keeping a close eye on people who will have this activation from tr Mars.... it's noteworthy. The Mars transit may reactivate the spotlight potential from the solar arc from the Moon.

One last thing.... tr Pluto is building to conjunct her North Node.... opening the door to major exposure and connection with the masses. Currently it's opposite Uranus (echo of the Aquarius activation from solar arc Moon).

I don't know if she will step into politics - however, there is certainly enough going on in her chart to suggest the potential.

One more thing - Barbara - you mention GianPaolo - he does NOT understand or use solar arcs.

Interesting comments, All. 

Using the 4:30 AM chart, T Pluto is at her Node and opposing her natal Uranus, suggesting tremendous intensity or pressure for change in her relationship with the public or a partner (1-7 Houses emphasized). I just had a wild idea: What if Oprah and Stedman Graham, her longtime partner, finally get married? Maybe something she might consider if she’s seriously thinking about running for president…

Or, to preserve her integrity, after proclaiming they’d never get married, perhaps not a legal marriage but some kind of commitment ceremony (and big party!) to celebrate their union. Either way, I think she’d get a lot of great publicity and the public’s respect with such an event; not a bad thing for a potential presidential candidate.   

Significant measurements not mentioned yet: 

SA Moon = Saturn – A Moon-Saturn combination that Noel refers to as the architecture of advance; potentially suggesting a very important turning point or decision in Oprah’s life.   

The 21 Cancer Solar Eclipse, in July, will sensitize Oprah’s 7th House natal Uranus -Node (20-23 Cancer) being opposed by T Pluto-Node (20-23 Capricorn) – Suggesting important new individual perspective combined with dynamic relationship development.
