The querent has reported that no, she is not pregnant.
This can be seen very easily and quickly by the McEvers horary method. In this system, the querent is always ruled by the 1st House and the Moon. The 5th House rules pregnancies.
The Cancer Ascendant in this example is very appropriate to the question, and its ruler, the Moon, is in its fall in Scorpio in the 5th House of pregnancy. Using Regiomontanus house cusps, Libra is on the cusp of the 5th, and Scorpio is intercepted in the 5th, therefore the rulers of the 5th are Venus, Mars, and Pluto. Also notice that Saturn is located in the 5th House along with the Moon.
In the McEvers horary system, if the ruler of the Ascendant (the querent) and the ruler of the house that represents the question aspect each other, the type of aspect shows the answer. Squares and oppositions say NO. Trines and sextiles indicate YES. Conjunctions to the Sun, Venus, Jupiter and often the Moon and Mercury are usually positive. Those to Mars, Saturn, Pluto, and sometimes Uranus are generally negative. A quincunx indicates that circumstances will have to change before an answer is available. Use major aspects only (conjunction, sextile, square, trine, quincunx, opposition).
All aspects are considered only when applying. No aspect, no action. If an aspect is applying, it can be from 0 degrees to 29 degrees. An aspect continues until either planet exits from its current sign. Any planet in dignity or exaltation is strengthened in the interpretation of a horary chart, while those in detriment or fall seem to work in a less positive way.
Thus, the ruler of the 1st, the Moon, has separated from an opposition with Venus, the ruler of the 5th, so no aspect, no action.
The Moon also has separated from a sextile with Mars, so again, no aspect, no action.
And the Moon has separated from a sextile with Pluto, so strike three.
And last but not least, the Moon has separated from a conjunction with Saturn in the 5th. Thus, there are four clear indicators that imply no action, thus she is not pregnant.
Looking at this question from a more traditional horary approach, I see that Olivia Barclay mentions that Saturn and Neptune in the 5th House do not bode well for having children.
Additionally, Dr. J. Lee Lehman has nearly a dozen information-packed pages on this subject of pregnancy from a more traditional approach in her book entitled,
The Martial Art of Horary Astrology.
But even more impressive from a traditional perspective is what is found in Derek Appleby’s book entitled,
Horary Astrology: The art of astrological divination. He includes eight indications of pregnancy laid down by William Lilly, and four indications of non-pregnancy.
For example, if none of the eight indications of pregnancy are present, or if barren signs (Gemini, Leo, Virgo) are on the Ascendant or 5th cusps, or if malefic planets are in the 1st or 5th Houses, or afflicting the rulers of the 1st and 5th and the Moon, the lady is not pregnant.
In this example, malefic Saturn is in the 5th House, and this seems to echo Barclay’s view that Saturn in the 5th does not bode well for having children.
Now, going back to McEvers horary system, I should also mention that she used Koch houses, not Regiomontanus. In this example using Koch houses, the 5th House cusp is not 8 Libra 59, but 2 Scorpio 16! Thus, she would have considered only the 5th House significators Mars and Pluto in this example, and not Venus or Saturn.
Oh, and before I forget, thank you Rob for your answer, and I should relay that the gender of a child is mentioned in Appleby’s book, as well as in Lehman’s.
