Its time to switch to a system that is fast and good.  I suggest Proboards.  I've been using them for a long time.  They are very customizable, and very fast. 

In this day and age, coming here now feels like something out of 1985.  Process of waiting to post is just not enjoyable.  I hope you guys aren't actually paying these people.
