He was born on 19 March 1952 in Flushing, NY, birth time unknown. With 20 events I rectified his chart to 15.03.32 EST Asc 24Leo01'.
Pluto rising  square Mars in Scorpio on IC.
Moon in 5th in opposition to Uranus.
Sun in 8th unaspected to geo planets, but trine to helio Mercury and sextile helio Venus.
Helio Mars in exact conjunction with Neptune- an aspect that I saw in many charts of people involved in scandal.
Venus, MC ruler, is angular, sextile Moon and  trine Uranus.
Transit Saturn is conjunct cusp 5th and trine Asc.
Converse transit Pluto conjunct POF and square Venus orb 4'!

Thanx Isaac, here's your biwheel in pictorial form.   Shown also is Weinstein's Sexascope or Novien chart.
The Novienic Equivalent chart is a Sexascope, for it holds answers to problems related to sex.    In the Sexascope, the Moon is sole significator of the native's sexual appetite, which is conditioned by its configurations to the other planets in both the Sexascope and in the Natal.
     The natal Moon is likewise a sex significator conditioned by configurations from the Sexascope itself.
To generate the Novien or Sexascope using SOLAR FIRE OR SIRIUS, use these steps:
1.  Pull up Weinstein's natal chart in Tropical and Placidus.

2   Edit....change Tropical to Whole Signs, then change Placidus to Lahiri.

3.  Now convert this chart to Vedic by choosing D9 or Navamsha.

4.  Rotate the chart so that Moon at 19 Cancer is at the Ascendant.

5. You have produced his SEXASCOPE or sidereal Navamsha with Moon, sexual desire at ASC.

Wanted to see if there are indicators for getting caught in this chart so I checked to see what Chiron and Saturn are up to. Hollywood is full of scum so why did this guy get caught and why so late in life?

 Also remembered Bob Marks saying that Chiron might be connected with rape. There is an article on the web about how 2 other Centaurs, Pholus and Nessus, are connected with rape. This seemed to pan out in a couple of charts I did a while back so wanted to check. Often Sagittarius is involved as well, in the victim's chart as well as the perps.

Natal Moon bombarded. heavily emphasized in chart. It is in Capricorn, conjunct Chiron (self destruct, rape), is a singleton in Earth, is fast at 14 degrees 9' 41" and is so far out of bounds I'd expect him to pop at some point, 27 degree 15' 33".

Weinstein's Sun also stands out because it is on an Aries point (coming before public) and is un-aspected.

The news came out while there was a conjunction of t.Moon-t. Chiron to his natal Sun. This reflects his natal Moon-Chiron right on his Sun (limelight) on AP (limelight)

Natal Pholus is at 3 Aquarius. Don't know if there is anything significant. I only look at the simple stuff.
--Transiting Pholus is at 27 Sagittarius c. t. Saturn 23 Sagittarius. This squares the natal Sun-t.Moon-Chiron conjunction.

Natal Nessus at 14 Taurus opposes n. Mars squaring n. Pluto.
--T. Nessus is at 5 Pisces c. n. Venus 4 Pisces-n.NN 1 Pisces

In addition, prog. Mars is Rx at 4 Scorpio. Would anybody with a good computer program be willing to check for me what year Mars went Rx? It would have been a while ago. I'm on a super slow wifi and am using astrodienst so don't have a rotating wheel. Would take forever.

Hi In Stitches, using Michelsen's American Ephemeris we see that Mars went Rx on March 25, 1952.....using 1 day equals 1 year of life.....he would have completed 23 years(Mar 25, 1975)......and stays Rx until June 10, 1952, when he would be 100 years old.
    Nessus is definitely the asteroid for "rapist".....haven't heard of Chiron or Pholus for rape/rapist.
You can also add for rapist the following assteroids:  1. Leda(rape thru' trickery)  2. Trans Neptunian Vulcanus with Eros or Valentine
3. Asteroid Vulcano with Eros or Valentine.
    For rape victim use Europa, or Lucretia or Dejanira.

Thanks for the information about Mars RX in Weinstein's chart. In the 70s he was producing shows with his brother. They started Miramax in 1979, to produce independent movies. His brother is Bob Weinstein, bowl shaped chart created by huge t-square, Mars involved with Sun-Neptune-Moon-Uranus-Jupiter. Don't have birth time so maybe Moon is not involved.

Miramax is named after a combination of their parents' names.

Weinstein has a very close conjunction in his chart with Venus and Rahu (North Node).  They both are located in the nakshatra known as Satabisha...

Thanx for spotting this James.....some of his other nakshatras are also fierce.   See Rasi chart and Nakshatra Table below.
He has Moon in the nakshatra of Purva Ashadha, as did Adolf Hitler.   The shadow side of this nakshatra....egoic nature, over-expansive nature, do what they like without considering others' opinions, can defeat anyone in an argument , obstinate, will not submit to the demands of anyone.   Mental aggression and self-deception may be present, negative qualities exhibited to a magnified extent.
      Both O.J. Simpson and Ted Bundy had their natal ascendants in Magha...as does Weinstein.    Sexual allurements from the
sexual realm may also create problems for Magha people.   For example, the natal Sun for both Bill Clinton and Michael Jackson resides here.   Weinstein also has Ketu here.

Thus, since Leo would rule his 1st House in his Jyotisha birth chart, and Scorpio his 4th House, his personal self and ego (along with his character, tendencies, and conduct) and his heart, emotions, and passions would be negatively influenced.

One brilliant former jyotishi, K.C. Saksena, wrote a book that was first published back in 1992, entitled, Venus in Astrology.  Here's what he said regarding Venus-Rahu (North Node) combinations...

"Rahu is highly malefic planet and along with it Venus glorified of good qualities gets corrupted...this combination gives malefic results in 3, 6, 7, 8, and 12th houses.  They don't derive much pleasure from one woman for a long time...This combination of Venus and Rahu is highly karmic and is most programmed in relation to the past birth.  However because of karmic relations to the past the native is not aware [of] what actually he wants to satisfy his emotions and affections" (pp. 226-227).

He also mentioned, "When afflicted Venus is in the seventh house...and is not aspected or conjoined with any benefic one is likely to have unlawful relations with woman other than his wife" (p. 286).

Again, "When Venus is...in any way related with Saturn, Rahu, or Mars and is devoid of benefic influence, it is likely one will have liaison with women other than his wife" (p. 286).

There are several other passages in this book that are highly relevant to this chart, but this is enough for now...

In this chart, Venus and Rahu are closely conjunct in the 7th House in Aquarius (11).

Sun-Mercury-Jupiter are in the 8th House in Pisces (12), the Moon is in the 5th House in Sagittarius (9), Mars is in the 3rd House in Libra (7), Saturn retrograde is in the 2nd House in Virgo (6), and Ketu (South Node) is in Leo (5) in the 1st House.

Venus is aspected only by malefics Rahu and Ketu.  Venus receives no aspects from any benefics...

I worked again on his chart and came to the conclusion that his birth time is 22.26.56 EST Asc 21Sco31'.
Mars rising in Scorpio,  Pluto square Asc. MC in exact opposition to Venus.
Helio Mars conjunct Neptune, both square helio Venus.
On 5 October 2017 regressed Moon was conjunct radical Pluto orb 14'.
Transit Node 90 Asc
Converse transit Pluto 90 MC.
