Pamela Young cannot log on

Hello Admin. I'm sending this on her behalf as she cannot log on. Please contact her at pamelayoung81@gmail.com to walk her through fixing the problem.

From Pamela: It won't accept my password, keeps saying it's not valid, and says it has sent me an email that will allow me to create a new password to get back in.  But they never send the email; I've tried at least five times today, since early morning, and no matter what variant of my password I put in they say it's not valid, then they say they've sent me an email that will allow me to get back on the forum, and then when I go and check my email, there's nothing there.

I have just sent her a new password so hopefully that will work.
