Will we move within next four years

Asked this last month when board was down. Will husband and I move within the next four years?
Chart attached. I see it is not a late ascendant, Moon applies to  quite a few planets including Jupiter, and no planet is in the degree of the nodes
 
I assume I’m ascendant ruled by Jupiter? Or does horary use Neptune? Husband is Mercury with Virgo on descendant. Midheaven ruled by Jupiter with Jupiter 2 degrees into 10th. IC ruled by Mercury. No aspect between Mercury in 3rd and Jupiter.

Maybe Neptune in 1st is why I’m confused, any thoughts?

You and your husband are represent with 1st house ruler Jupiter rx and Moon, to move is 7th house matter, so ruler is Mercury. The first Moon's aspect is trine to Mercury, so yes, you will move for about 3 years!
