In  May the  27 Scorpio Full Moon was aspecting Jefferey's natal Saturn 27 Libra this may have  been the beginning of his latest imbroglio.

 On Tuesday mean old Mr Lunar Eclipse 24 Capricorn pays his chart a visit.

 Two things bring a bit of doubt  for a Scorpio rising.
Libra would be 12th house ruled by Exalted Venus.

It appears that his Progressed Sun was at 17 Aries conjunct  his natal Venus 17 Aries when he bought Pedophile Island in the Virgin Islands. (Hope no pun intended). Venus opposite Uranus and Neptune is his only opposition (relationships).

His progressed Venus has been in Rx since the mid 1980s which could affect his ability to love.
