Hi Amy, not sure if Dr.D ever predicted an earthquake. USGS doesn't predict earthquakes, sometimes they take a 30 year window guess.

Southern California quake was predicted on this site and rather poorly, but did show up late, biggest SoCal quake in 20 years.

A couple of quake predictors  also called it. Cal Orey on Noory's radio show was expecting S Cal to rock. Another lady predicted a 7+ mag quake for San Luis Obispo just before the first one struck. The the 6.4 and 7.1 mag quakes struck east of SLO and was felt for almost 200  miles in  radius.

 Eclipses are not always instant , they may yield results a year later.

 This one aligns with the middle east,  Syria's chart and Israel's chart are  affected by this eclipse.

  Eclipse opposition to USA Mercury 24 cancer might be about the severe rain and flooding now.

 Eclipse also aspects Mars in Tokyo chart. Disaster, quake, Fire danger maybe.

All, I’m watching President Trump and his chart for some kind of shift in his professional status quo and social approval during this Capricorn eclipse window. Either positively or negatively, or perhaps both.   

The eclipse will conjunct transiting Pluto (in his 5th House and trine MC) and oppose natal Saturn-Venus (in his 11th House and sextile MC) – materializing new focus, goals or professional demands, perhaps.   

Also, check out the added timing emphasis with transiting Mars and transiting Uranus fueling (conjunct-squaring) his natal 12th House Pluto – potentially reflecting individual intensity with a dramatic show of force, effort, or defensiveness.

We may see eclipse  triggering this week or soon as  Moon op Mars on 24 cardinals creates a midpoint at eclipse point 24 Capricorn. Might see some repeat of earlier events and new agitation.
 Might set off a strong quake Too.
 24 Cancer will also  get the midpoint aspecting natal SA planets and midpoints in charts.
