2 LUNAR RETURNS: Which shows a relocation during the month?

I think both show my move coming to fruition. Does either look more promising than the other?
I am looking at the conservative administrators (House 10) for confirmation, as well.

This info. will bring me some peace of mind, hence the flood of Horary requests, Anything you can add to help me interpret would be very much appreciated. These are not Horary charts but LRs so wondering if Horary rules can be applied here as well as usual delineation?

MOON sextile JUPITER; rules the TP ASC. too.

Am no expert in Horary, LRs or TPs...but there is a definite pattern of Moon-Jupiter in all chart types thru Sept. 6 at least.

Additionally, TR Jup cj N Moon until end of Oct.
JUP S D Aug. 11 JUST WHEN URANUS S RX, N 4TH HOUSE RULER.  TR UR will sq my 3rd h. stellium. How do you delineate such conflicting transits?

It WILL happen, just trying to fine-tune timing and that it's the facility I already toured.

Am thinking the 2nd LR, having 4th H ruler MARS trine MOON, would show a move because of the 4th house (home; end of the matter) more than LR #1. However, the first chart has angular (ASC) placement of MOON (home), so any comments on which has more strength?

BOTH LRs indicate a relocation imo.

Based on info. I found out during a phone conversation with the director I believe during one LR I will find out if approved, and then the actual move would be during the 2nd LR. 
 
These 2 are the only LRs which indicate a move well into next year, They also coincide with TR JUPITER cj N MOON which will end late Oct.-early Nov. which is when I historically start my SR for the next period. This ending SR also indicates a move yet the next one for 2020 doesn't.

So....the only real question left is WHICH facility ? Choice  #1 which is the one taking so long, or #2 which is nearby and have not yet toured but keeps coming up in psychic readings. 

If anyone spent just 1 average day in my life/current facility, they would understand at once the intense focus on getting out of here. Bologna sandwich and jello for dinner for starters; urine and feces on the community shower chair; mentally ill residents with nothing to do but bang their heads against doors and take apart the community TV ---or attack other residents with butter knives !    Just a small sampling of a typical day...

If I had looked further down the road at my N transits I would have seen the following coming in early-mid Nov. 2019:

Tr. JUPITER trine MC (relocation potential)
Tr. JUPITER trine URANUS (4th house ruler)
Tr. JUPITER trine PLUTO (1st h. ruler; potential wealth/windfall)

SO...it WILL happen. Just maybe a month or 2 later than I want...
