Biden's Inaugural Chart

An inaugural chart is an electional chart. The two most important things in an electional chart are the disposition of the Ascendant ruler (aspects and Sign placement) and the disposition of the Moon. It should never be void. In a perfect world, it is between New and Full rather than between Full and New and of extreme importance is that it does not apply to a hard aspect with anything, especially Mars, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, or Pluto. Perfection would be Moon in Cancer or Taurus trined or sextiled by Jupiter or Venus. This chart has the Moon Void of Course and its ruler, Venus, is poorly placed in Capricorn and is not well aspected.

Biden has been going through "it." Perhaps the Void Moon is one indicator of it although Obama's first inaugural chart also had a Void Moon. Interestingly, if he really does have Parkinson's and drops out, Kamala Harris has a Neptune arc to her Midheaven coming up soon.
